Moore reaches the top
Monday, September 21, 2009 – Justin Moore will be number one with his single Small Town USA when the charts come out this week. He will take over for Jason Aldean's Big Green Tractor. This is Moore's first hit single off his debut album for the Valory Music Co. Moore had been third in the current Billboard chart.
