Eagles cancel two shows with Dixie Chicks, Urban
Sunday, May 23, 2010 – Two of the eight shows with The Eagles and Dixie Chicks were canceled. No reason was given for the decision.
The Eagles, Dixie Chicks, Keith Urban concerts on June 14 at Citizens Bank Ball Park in Philadelphia and June 15 at Hershey Stadium in Hershey, Pa. were canceled. Full refunds for the canceled concerts will be available at place of purchase.
Remaining dates are:
June 8 - Toronto - Rogers Centre
June 10 - East Rutherford, N.J. - New Meadowlands Stadium
June 12 - Foxboro, Mass. - Gillette Stadium
June 19 - Chicago - Soldier Field
June 22 - Winnipeg, Canada - Canad Inns Stadium
June 24 - St. Louis, Busch Stadiunm.

The Dixie Chicks certainly enjoyed their most controversial year ever thanks to a few words uttered by lead singer Natalie Maines, and they also had one of the most successful tours of 2003 as well.
This 22-song live disc recorded somewhere during the U.S. part of the tour is clear indication that beyond the headlines, there was a tremendous amount of quality music going on.
The mix put Maines' vocals way out front. She has always been a good singer, and this indicates just how good she truly is. ...
