Richie leads country chart

Wednesday, April 4, 2012 – Lionel Richie will be the leading country album when the Billboard Country Albums chart is out Thursday and second on the overall chart with "Tuskegee."

"The Hunger Games" soundtrack, featuring many country songs, also in the top 10. The soundtrack, which sold 64,000 and was fifth on the overall chart, was not listed on the country chart.

"Tuskegee" reprises many of Richie's hits with country acts pitching in to collaborate.
