Swift has "cool news"
Tuesday, August 7, 2012 – Taylor Swift will get together with her fans online via YouTube on Aug. 13.
Swift will talk directly to fans and answer questions in real time. "I really want to talk with you about something...I want to share some news with you. Some really cool news. I'm not going to go into it too much, but it's cool," she said in a YouTube posting on her channel.
The webcast will also include a Google+ Hangout with fans from around the world. Google+ Hangouts allow up to 10 people to connect face-to-face-to-face via group video chat.
Swift will hold the chat at 7 p.m. eastern time on her YouTube channel, a second YouTube site and her own web site.
