Kramer maintains hope for new single

Monday, May 20, 2013 – Jana Kramer has a lot of hope for her new single.

I Hope It Rains from her self-titled debut album is impacting radio now. Kramer shot a video for the song just outside of Nashville to be released next month. Kramer is currently on tour with Darius Rucker through June joining Blake Shelton on the Ten Times Crazier Tour this July

Kramer released her self-titled debut album last June and received ACM's 2013 New Female Vocalist of the Year, as well, the title of most played debut artist at Country Radio for 2012.

CD review - thirty one Jana Kramer's sophomore effort has been a long time - more than three years since she put out her self-titled release, which contained the hit "Why Ya Wanna" - in coming. Kramer points to contemporary country sounds, while her quality singing has an urgency and comfort level with the material throughout. The fast paced, galloping "Boomerang," which leads off the disc and was penned in party Maddie & Tae, is given more of a rock treatment than M&T would likely offer. ...
