Kramer becomes a mom

Monday, February 1, 2016 – Jana Kramer became a mother on Sunday and an Academy of Country Music awards nominee on Monday, she announced today.

Baby girl Jolie Rae Caussin was born Sunday afternoon in Nashville to Kramer and her husband Michael Caussin.

Kramer was nominated for Female Vocalist.

"What a whirlwind of great surprises and wonderful news," said Kramer. "I'm overwhelmed with joy after welcoming my beautiful baby girl into the world and finding out I've been nominated for an ACM Award."
