Florida Georgia Line leads chart
Wednesday, June 19, 2013 – Florida Georgia Line will have the top selling country CD when the Billboard charts are officially released Thursday.
Florida Georgia Line's "Here's to the Good Times" hits a high of being fifth on the overall chart and first on the country chart, up from eighth, with 33,000. The 20-percent increase was, in part, due to a Father's Day promotion with a lower price.
Darius Rucker's "True Believers" fell one to sixth with nearly 33,000, down 3 percent. Blake Shelton's "Based on a True Story . . ." fell from fourth to seventh with 31,000 units, down 15 percent.
Black Sabbath topped the overall chart with "13," selling 155,000 units.
