Fleck, Washburn go live
Friday, December 19, 2014 – Béla Fleck and Abigail Washburn will go live from their living room in Nashville in support of one of their favorite charities, Stand for Children, on Tuesday, Dec. 23 at 7:30 p.m. eastern.
The hour-plus show will stream at concertwindow.com, where the couple will be interacting with the audience through live questions. All proceeds from the pay-what-you-want admission to benefit Stand for Children.
Stand for Children is a national organization that works across the country - from the classroom to the Capitol - to mobilize all Americans to make sure children are given the resources and opportunities to have a productive and satisfying future.

Well known in the folk/acoustic world for melding Appalachian old time music with ancient Chinese folk, Abigail Washburn's work with Uncle Earl and the Sparrow Quartet is nonetheless scant preparation for the scope of her latest project.
