Shelton leads country discs at Billboard
Sunday, August 14, 2016 – Blake Shelton will have the only country CD in the top 10 when the Billboard charts are released on Tuesday.
"If I'm Honest" went from ninth to fourth with 49,000 units, a jump of 72 percent, it was reported Sunday. An overwhelming number - 55,0000 or 93 percent - were in album sales instead of track equivalent sales or streams.
Billboard reported that a sales price of 99 cents at Google Play contributed to the big jump.
The number one release overall was the soundtrack to "Suicide Track," which wracked up 182,000 units.
