Jennifer Hanson completes CD
Thursday, October 18, 2007 – Jennifer Hanson just completed work on her soon to be released Universal Records South CD. The album, which Hanson co-produced with Nick Brophy, will feature the artist's current self-penned single "Joyride."
No release date was set for the CD. Hanson previously recorded for Capitol Nashville where she had a hit with "Beautiful Goodbye" in 2002.
As a songwriter, Hanson has already scored two major hits in the past 12 months: The Wreckers' multi week number 1 "Leave the Pieces" and Bucky Covington's top 5 hit "A Different World."

When we last heard from Jennifer Hanson, she released her self-titled debut six years ago, garnering one semi-hit "Beautiful Goodbyes." Since then, the Californian's success has been on the songwriting front with "Leave the Pieces" for The Wreckers and "A Different World" for Bucky Covington. Born the daughter of a pro country musician and married to a country singer and songwriter, a music career must have seemed almost inevitable to Jennifer Hanson.
