– Jennifer Hanson is offering a free download of her Christmas single "Santa's Toy Ride." The song, which is the holiday version of her Universal Records South single, "Joyride," will be made available through an ecard being sent tonight to Hanson's fans. In keeping with the theme of sharing, recipients of the ecard can access the free download once they share the card with a friend.
Hanson enjoyed a good year as a songwriter. She earned her first ever BMI honor this year for writing The Wrecker's multi-week number one hit, "Leave the Pieces." She also co-wro0te Bucky Covington's Top 5 debut single "A Different World."
Hanson co-produced her upcoming 2008 CD with Nick Brophy and co-wrote all of the material on the new release. In January 2008, she hits the road with labelmate Phil Vassar.
