Parmalee is "Gonna Love You"

Monday, October 30, 2023 – After topping the charts earlier this month with "Girl In Mine," Parmalee returns with their new single "Gonna Love You" on Stoney Creek Records.

"This song is special to us in so many ways," said lead singer Matt Thomas. "It's a song we feel like anyone across the world can relate with. It's also a combination of all the music we were influenced by growing up. We just filmed the music video a few weeks ago, and it takes on a major chapter in our lives. We all just knew this had to be the next single."

With four number one radio singles and three consecutive in as many years, Parmalee has now scored more No. 1's than any other band or group in country music during that time.

"Gonna Love You" is the follow-up to their recent number one single, "Girl In Mine," 2022 chart topper "Take My Name" and the number one Platinum hit, "Just The Way" with Blanco Brown. The band first topped the charts with a song inspired by their home state, "Carolina."

Parmalee recently released their extended album "For You 2 ,"which features five new songs including "Girl In Mine."

The new outlaw country band member is decidedly not your father's Oldsmobile. Gone are the cowboy hats. The new outfits will have heavy metal or hip-hop accents, to match the tattoos, of course. And if they seem to rock as hard as most rock bands, that's all part of the design. Joining this new tradition is Parmalee, named after the tiny North Carolina burg where two brothers and their immediate circle learned to play in a tin shed. They've been kicking the tires of the music ...
