Moroney is okay with "Man on the Moon"

Friday, June 7, 2024 – Sony Music Nashville/Columbia Records artist Megan Moroney is out with her new song "Man on the Moon," an anthem for shaking off someone who won't stop sending mixed signals.

"Man on the Moon" will appear on Moroney's sophomore album, "Am I Okay?," due out July 12. Moroney previously released "No Caller ID."

Written by Moroney, Ashley Gorley, Casey Smith, and David "Messy" Mescon, "Man on the Moon" is a more playful Moroney.

Lyrics include "Houston, he's a problem/He's leaving then he's calling/He's a headache and a half and I can't win"). The solutioin? The song was produced by Moroney's frequent collaborator Kristian Bush, who handled production for all of "Am I Okay?"
