Rascal Flatts announces fundraiser for fans

Wednesday, September 29, 2010 – Rascal Flatts, longtime friends and contributors to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, announced today they will open up 100 tickets to their fans on a first-come, first-serve basis to a very special private fundraising event taking place in Nashville on Nov. 4.

The vocal group has been hosting these intimate concerts in a secluded location in Nashville for four years as an additional fundraising occasion, in conjunction with the concerts they've held at Bridgestone Arena for the hospital. This year the "Behind The Music" event will also feature emcee Ron White.

Fans may go to www.rascalflatts.com http://www.rascalflatts.com/beginning this Friday, Oct. 1 to purchase tickets. Attendees will enjoy music and food and the opportunity to bid on auction items only available at the event. Some of those include:

Personalized studio experience with Jay DeMarcus

Golf outing with Joe Don Rooney for three players on an extraordinary world class course

Hunting trip with Gary LeVox and Outdoor Channel Crush TV hosts Lee and Tiffany Lakosky

Rascal Flatts have raised nearly $3 million for the hospital in the past several years.
