Rascal Flatts plays Opry

Sunday, June 5, 2011 – Rascal Flatts played at the Grand Ole Opry last night as the kick-off to a full week of activities leading to their LP Field performance next Saturday night as a part of CMA Music Festival.

After a three-song performance the band was requested back on stage by a crowd that remained on their feet and chanted "more, more." The trio returned to the Opry stage for an encore with their Grammy-winning song Bless The Broken Road.

Rascal Flatts will film a video for their upcoming single Easy with Natasha Bedingfield in Nashville on Monday, June 6 followed by a performance on the CMT Awards on Wednesday, June 8, an appearance in the Big Machine Records autograph booth on Friday and a LP Field concert performance Saturday, June 11.

After wrapping CMA Music Festival, Rascal Flatts will head into full show production rehearsals as they lead into the launch of their new summer tour "Flatts Fest" on June 18 in Bristow, Va.
