Old Dominion goes down "Memory Lane"

Tuesday, May 30, 2023 – Old Dominion will unveil a new EP, "Memory Lane," (Columbia Nashville/Sony Music Nashville) on June 23.

Old Dominion recently set the stage for their new EP with the single "I Should Have Married You."

Earlier this year, the band offered the Memory Lane (Sampler) that included the title track and three new songs ("Ain't Got A Worry," "Freedom Like You" and "Easier Said With Rum").

The new eight-track body of work will also boast a trio of previously unreleased songs: "Some Horses," "Love Drunk and Happy" and "How Good Is That."

CD review - Old Dominion Old Dominion has gained a following on the heels of two albums of lively material. Their self-titled third release stays the course and delivers a dozen radio-friendly songs. The hyper positive lead single "Make it Sweet" sets the stage with an ode to the brighter side of everything. Most tracks are upbeat but, ironically, there is not an official party anthem or even a drinking song. The closest they get is "American Style," which is laden with standard innocent imagery ...
CD review - Happy Endings Right off the bat, the title of Old Dominion's album "Happy Endings" is far better than "Meat and Candy," its prior effort. ("Meat" in an album title? Really?) But also on an artistic level, OD's follow-up shows signs of growth. With that said, though, there's nothing on this new release as immediately catchy as "Snapback." Nevertheless, the vocal-only harmonies introducing "Not Everything's About You," are a beautiful thing. ...
