Hurd, Batson release music
Friday, March 21, 2025 – Ryan Hurd is out with his second album, "Midwest Rock & Roll," on Big Machine Records. The release contains a dozen songs co-written by Hurd and produced by Aaron Eshuis. Hurd's first full-length project was 2021's "Pelago." Hurd, a Kalamazoo, Mich. native, said he wanted to release an album focusing on growing up in the north.
Maddox Batson," 15, dropped "First Dance" on Prosper Entertainment/Warner Records. "First Dance" features seven tracks including the single "Girl In Green." Born just north of Nashville and raised in Birmingham, Ala., Batson infused classic country storytelling with Southern rock and pop.
