Barrett looks for a "Pick Me Up"

Friday, May 6, 2022 – Gabby Barrett released a video for >"Pick Me Up" on Thursday.

"This was a very personal video for me to shoot – taking on the lead with my husband Cade, and even being reminded of our daughter Baylah by having a little girl play her on set," said Barrett. "And my goodness, when I saw the full clip for the first time, I teared up. This one just touches my heart in a very special way."

Turning the clocks back to 1962, the Alexa Campbell-directed video chronicles the true love story of a couple – played by Barrett and her real-life husband Cade Foehner – through the decades.

The song is on Barrett's "Goldmine (Deluxe)," an extended version of her PLATINUM debut album. Barrett wrote the song with Ross Copperman and Jon Nite.
